03. Copyright & DMCA Takedown Procedure

Live Livery Grid operates as an online content hosting service provider under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and applicable international copyright directives. User-uploaded liveries (.fshpkg) are published directly by independent sim racing creators.

Filing a Notice of Infringement:

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent representing one, and you believe that any livery or graphical asset hosted on Live Livery Grid infringes your copyrighted work, please submit a written DMCA notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific Livery ID and URL on Live Livery Grid.
• Your contact information (name, physical address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, made under penalty of perjury, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright owner or representative.

Submit formal takedown requests to our designated agent via email at: [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing package expeditiously and notify the uploading creator.

04. Limitation of Liability (“As-Is” Standard)

Live Livery Grid, its desktop helper executable, and the Custom Shaders Patch Lua extension are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall FSH Motorsport Studio, its contributors, or maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of race data, sim hardware incompatibilities, game configuration issues, or account suspensions on third-party multiplayer platforms.
