Terms of Service
Last revised: November 2026 • Live Livery Grid by FSH Motorsport Studio
01. Explicit Acceptance of Terms & Audit Logging
Live Livery Grid enforces an affirmative, explicit clickwrap consent standard. To access driver features (including livery packaging, in-game texture synchronization, and garage slot management), you must actively check the agreement checkbox upon driver login or confirm through our terms verification prompt.
Upon affirmative acceptance, an immutable audit record containing your user ID, active terms version (2026.1), timestamp, and connection metadata is recorded in our compliance database in accordance with GDPR Article 7 and global electronic consent standards.
02. Community Liveries & Content Standards
Creators retain intellectual property rights to the original artwork and graphics they upload. By publishing a livery package (.fshpkg) to the Service, you grant FSH Motorsport Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, distribute, and render the livery across the Live Livery Grid network.
Prohibited Content:
- Content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or real-world violence.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or excessively obscene imagery.
- Malicious code, exploits, or files intended to crash client simulators or compromise user systems.
- Infringing content that violates third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
FSH Motorsport Studio reserves the right to unpublish, delete, or suspend any livery or account that violates these standards.
03. Steam OpenID & Account Security
Authentication on Live Livery Grid is handled exclusively through Valve Corporation's official Steam OpenID standard.
We never receive, access, or store your Steam password or payment details. Your login is completed directly on Valve's encrypted servers. We only store your public 64-bit Steam ID, display persona name, and public avatar URL to associate liveries with your in-game driver.
04. Simulator Safety & Local Operation
The Live Livery Grid desktop application is a standalone companion running on your PC. It connects to Assetto Corsa strictly via an internal local loopback channel provided by the Custom Shaders Patch Lua runtime.
- The software does not modify Assetto Corsa executable binaries (
acs.exe). - The software does not bypass server anti-cheat or modify vehicle physics, tire models, or telemetry parameters.
- Texture swaps occur via Custom Shaders Patch Direct3D texture re-binding in runtime memory.
05. Storage Fair Use & Privacy Policy
To keep the Service sustainable and free for the community, livery storage is managed under fair-use limits. Each community package is capped in file size, and descriptions are limited to 200 characters.
Privacy & Data Deletion Guarantee:
When a livery creator deletes a livery from their dashboard, the livery record is immediately removed from the database, and all corresponding package archives (.fshpkg) and preview screenshots are permanently purged from cloud storage. We do not sell or monetize personal driver data.
07. Disclaimers & Trademarks
