Privacy Policy & Data Security
Effective Date: November 2026 • Live Livery Grid by FSH Motorsport Studio
01. Our Core Privacy Commitment
At Live Livery Grid (operated by FSH Motorsport Studio), we believe that sim racing utilities should respect driver privacy. We follow strict data minimization principles: we collect only what is strictly necessary to authenticate your driver persona and synchronize livery packages in Assetto Corsa.
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal user information to data brokers, ad networks, or third parties. We do not embed behavioral tracking pixels or cross-site advertisement trackers.
02. Information We Collect
When you interact with Live Livery Grid, the following categories of information are processed:
- Steam Public Profile Data: Authenticated exclusively via Valve's Steam OpenID 2.0 protocol. We receive and store your 64-bit Steam ID (
steamId), public persona display name, and avatar image URL. We never receive or store your Steam credentials or password. - Driver Profile & Garage Assignments: Custom driver display name, optional social handles, custom car mod requests, and active livery slot assignments configured in your virtual garage.
- Uploaded Content: Livery packages (
.fshpkgarchives), screenshot preview images, vehicle model metadata, and publishing release notes. - Technical & Security Telemetry: Anonymized or pseudonymized IP address hashes, user-agent strings, and request timestamps used solely for rate limiting, DDoS mitigation, and anti-abuse protection.
03. Payments & Subscription Billing
Upgrades to PRO Driver Passes are processed through our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy.
All credit card, PayPal, or localized payment transactions are handled entirely on LemonSqueezy's PCI-DSS compliant secure infrastructure. Live Livery Grid never sees, receives, or stores payment card numbers, CVVs, or financial accounts. We only store the subscription entitlement status and renewal timestamp returned via secure cryptographic webhooks.
05. Data Retention & The Right to Deletion
In accordance with GDPR Article 17 (“Right to Erasure”) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) standards, you retain complete authority over your published content and driver data:
- Instant Livery Deletion: When you delete a livery from your creator dashboard, the record is immediately unlinked from the database, and the associated
.fshpkgarchive and preview images are permanently purged from cloud storage. - Account Deletion Request: If you wish to delete your driver profile, livery history, and associated records entirely, you can submit an account erasure request by emailing
[email protected]with your Steam 64-bit ID. Requests are processed within 7 business days.
06. Trusted Infrastructure Providers
We partner with enterprise-grade cloud providers committed to strict data security standards:
