Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Founder Pass special?
The Founder Pass is strictly capped at 50 supporters. It grants 18 months of Pro access ($72 value), immediate private beta testing for the 3D Livery Designer, and the permanent Founder badge on your profile and showroom submissions forever.
Can I combine passes if I have Founder status?
Yes. The Founder badge is permanent and stays on your account forever. If you renew with a monthly, 6-month, or yearly pass in the future, your subscription time extends and both badges remain visible.
How do active garage slots work for free accounts?
Free accounts can assign custom liveries to up to 5 cars simultaneously for automatic live server synchronization. You can swap cars in and out anytime. Pro tiers raise this limit to 50 active car slots.
How does billing and cancellation work?
Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy with standard card, PayPal, or regional payment methods. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard.
